What is the notarization process like?
The notarization process is completed 100% online through our secure video call and
electronic signing
technology. Simply upload your documents, generate a unique invitation link to the notary
room, and send
it out to your clients. We handle the rest.
How do I pay for my documents?
After your client has finished notarizing, you’ll receive an email updating you about the
completed
session. You can log back into your account at any time to make a payment and receive the
notarized
documents.
Do I need to schedule notarizations?
We operate on your schedule. Our notaries are available 24/7. Simply send out one of our
unique invite
links, and you or your client can connect anytime.
However, if you want to schedule a meeting, you have the option. You’ll be able to set a
date and time
when creating the meeting. (We recommend this if you have multiple signers on the same
document, so every
signer knows when to join.)
How do I track the notarizations I send out?
After you’ve uploaded and sent out the documents you need notarized, you’ll be able to see
what stage your
documents are at through our system. After your client has finished signing, you’ll get an
update to
access the completed documents.s
